Membership
According to the International Federation of Interior designers (IFI), the professional interior designer is a person qualified by education, experience and recognized by skills
The Interior Designers Association of Nigeria is the sole body for professional Interior design in Nigeria. IDAN members are carefully vetted, selected and accredited based on global standards, ethics and professional competence. Membership in IDAN signifies design excellence and together we collaborate to promote and expand the impact of Interiors within the built industry, society, and across the continent.
This is what sets IDAN members apart from other interior designers, decorators and trade suppliers in Nigeria and beyond.
IDAN offers courses and seminars to enhance the knowledge and skill of its members. We work to raise the bar for Interior Designers and Decorators both personally and professionally. None of this would be possible without our dedicated professional trainings and career development pathway.
IDAN is a member of the International Federation of Interior Designers/Architects (IFI) the world body for Interiors Designers Associations; this means that our members are part of the IFI community.
The IFI community consists of membership of the most established associations, organizations, universities of Interiors worldwide, associated industries and manufacturers.

Upon approval, IDAN members will be entitled to use the IDAN logo and appellation on their stationery advertisements, press articles e.t.c
b. Members Certificates to be given to all members.
c. IDAN would hold yearly trade-show offering members an opportunity to meet potential clients.

Reference must be a paid member. Also referring member needs to have been in the association for more than 2 years.
Referee must send a reference letter to The Secretariat.
